Standard Booth Pricing

Booth Pricing: Booth price for IQ 2017 is $2,450.00.

Larger booth spaces are available in Premium Booth Sponsorship packages.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing, dated and with the reason for cancellation.

  • If Exhibitor cancels prior to September 1, 2016, Exhibitor will not forfeit any portion of the booth fee payment and IQ will issue a full refund of amounts paid.
  • If Exhibitor cancels on or after September 1, 2016, but prior to January 7, 2017, Exhibitor will forfeit 50% of the total contracted booth space fee of the canceled space.
  • If Exhibitor cancels on or after January 7, 2017, Exhibitor will pay 100% of the total contracted booth space fee of the canceled space.

Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to hold your booth registration. All booths must be paid in full by January 6, 2017. If your booth is not paid in full by this date, IQ shall have the right to terminate your agreement for your booth. Terminated booths will then become available for reassignment and resale.

ADVERTISE

Our advertising opportunities give your company several ways to get your message in front of hundreds of prospective buyers. Online banner ads, program ads or show bag inserts are great ways to reinforce your brand's presence. Additional opportunities for sponsoring lanyards, water bottles, breakfast and food breaks, sessions and WiFi are available. INNOVATION+QUALITY AWARDS

The INNOVATION + QUALITY awards spot light the most innovative products and services for wineries and feature them on the tradeshow floor in the Trials Tent.

Each year products are hand selected by the I+Q Advisory Board and the Wine Business Monthly editorial team solely on criteria of innovation that lends itself to high-quality, ultra-premium winemaking and included both product categories and individual products.

We are no longer accepting submissions for the 2017 Innovation+Quality Awards. Winners will be announced at IQ 2017.

EXHIBITOR SERVICES

TriCord Tradeshow Services has been chosen by Show Management to serve as your Official Exhibitor Service Contractor. The exhibitor service kit contains all of the information and service order forms to ensure a successful marketing presentation. Custom booth furnishings, delivery, install and fork lift services are available. Fork lift services must be contracted through Tricord.

Every booth includes 500 watts of power and WiFi access.
